Flexible Spending Plans
A Section 125 plan is a benefit that allows you to make contributions toward premiums for medical insurance, dental insurance, and out-of-pocket medical expenses or dependent-care expenses on a before-tax basis. This reduces employee taxes and represents an increase in take-home pay.

The PaySourceUSA 401(k) Dream plan
Flexible, customized 401(k) plan designs allow you to tailor your plan to meet your personal and company retirement needs. You can select your own eligibility criteria, matching contribution formulas, profit sharing formulas including integration and new comparability and vesting provisions. The PaySourceUSA Dream Plan provides the flexibility to create a plan to maximize benefits to owners while minimizing expense. The Dream Plan requires minimal paperwork during the initial setup; then PaySourceUSA handles it all.

The plan also features another PaySourceUSA advantage: we offer the PaySourceUSA 401(k) Dream Plan at low cost to our client employers. As an added benefit, employers with an existing plan are able to transfer those plan assets into the PaySourceUSA 401(k) Dream Plan. This reduces your fiduciary responsibility, work and expense. To further enhance the benefit, we have arranged for our investment provider to reimburse up to 3% of assets if you incur a deferred sales charge to move your assets into our plan: and there is no deferred charge if you leave the plan.
